In less than a year Jenny had more #1 titles under her belt than any seasoned veteran could earn in an entire career. None of this was lost on the fitness media, with numerous magazine covers and fitness articles, Jenny became a phenom heading towards international acclaim.

An invitation to compete at the ’98 USA Fitness Championship was not only coveted, but crucial to Jenny. The 5’1 athlete, with her supremely chiseled physique and vigorous fitness routine, won the short class and her pro card! In less than two years, Jenny was now a professional fitness competitor, a title that would qualify her to compete with the world’s best.

With less than a month off, Jenny took on the undaunted task of becoming the first competitor to ever compete in the same year of turning pro.

Foreign gyms and running stairs was not the usual environment that Jenny preferred. However, it did prove to be the winning formula to prove that the Americans still dominated abroad. Now that Italy and France were behind her, Jenny returned home to much respect from her peers and her eye on the big “O”.

The ’01 Arnold Fitness Classic set in Ohio is an invitation that most competitors only dream about. Jenny was no exception and upon receiving her invitation she began her training strategy to ensure she did well. Physique and performance don’t always get along so well. A lean, well balance physique, doesn’t necessarily promise maximum performance for high intensity fitness routines. As a matter of fact, if not done carefully, one can negate the other. Three hours a day with a top gymnastics coach was enough for Jenny to feel confident about the fitness round. With her strategy in place, Jenny began to perfect her body with well balanced muscle and the perfect amount of leanness. Fifteen mile runs split  between sunrise and sunset was her mode of action along with two hour weight lifting sessions in the gym. Jenny paid attention to every detail and her  costume was no exception. American Indian  was the most authentic display for her tight, warrior like physique. A definate crowd favorite also led to a unanimous high score from the judges. An overwhelmed Jenny tucked her hand in Arnold’s palm as he lifted their hands in victory before presenting her with the winner’s trophy.

With the USA’s and the Arnold Classic behind her, there was one more fitness show to win. Perhaps the most prestigious of them all, the Fitness Olympia in Las Vegas. The crown jewel of fitness shows where competitors are now called ” contenders” all vying for the title Ms. Fitness Olympia. The creative and athletic demands for this yearly event are heightend due to the elite level of athlete. In other words, the best in the world. Jenny’s fitness routine and stellar physique catapulted her to the top of the event. In a painstaking decision, the panel of distinguished IFBB judges awarded Jenny Worth runner-up after a one point battle to the finish.

After a seven year hiatus from the stage, a caller from the FitGems Nation radio show asked Jenny if a comeback was in her future. To the delight of her fans and peers, she said, ” I would not say no.”

Jenny now resides in California with her young son Dominic and runs a succesful personal training business. Inspiration, knowledge and strategies are still on Jenny’s daily agenda. Only now, Jenny creates ” a winning formula” for her many clients both in person and on line. At present Jenny serves as a top advisor for the book ” The Sh*t Jane Fonda Never Told Us” due out next fall.
