This is a program designed to help anyone, of any fitness level, to Jumpstart his or her fitness and/or weight loss goals, break through a plateau or help drop those stubborn last pounds.   • Suggested meal plans
  • Sample menus
  • Recipe Book with over 30 delicious recipes
  • Text and email support during the 21 days to answer any questions about the program (I will support you through this journey and I will hold you accountable for your own progress.)

 

You will have these responsibilities during the 21 days including:

  • Tracking your weight every week
  • Maintaining a daily food log
  • Take weekly picture at the same time (preferably) with the same outfit
  • Take measurements on the 1st and the 21st day
  • Submit food log, weight, measurements and photos.
