Dear “Worth It” client,
Congratulations on taking the first steps toward gaining control of your weight and your health. This is a program designed to help anyone, of any fitness level, to Jumpstart his or her fitness and/or weight loss goals, break through a plateau or help drop those stubborn last pounds. This program includes:
- A 21 day diet program including a food exchange list
- Suggested meal plans
- Sample menus
- Recipe Book with over 30 delicious recipes
- Text and email support during the 21 days to answer any questions about the program (I will support you through this journey and I will hold you accountable for your own progress.)
You will have these responsibilities during the 21 days including:
- Tracking your weight every week
- Maintaining a daily food log
- Take weekly picture at the same time (preferably) with the same outfit
- Take measurements on the 1st and the 21st day
- Submit food log, weight, measurements and photos.
