Our journey together will start with a month-long meal plan that is designed to ignite and engage your metabolism in what is needed to begin your transformation.
You may also choose to participate in a month long workout plan along with your nutrition plan. If you are here for a total transformation, you will need both plans
Below you will find the description and pricing for my nutrition and workout plans. I have also presnted my 12 week, “WORTH IT WARRIOR TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM”. If you are determined to achieve your transformation goals, this is my most popular program. This program offers greater savings and the best value. Please review the programs and choose wisely based on your goals and funds. Some may say “I can’t afford” the program that gives me the most savings and value. By rephrasing that comment to the question “How can I afford?” the program, you will often find several things you can cut back on or eliminate to get the most economical program. Don’t say “I CAN’T” before looking at “HOW YOU CAN” get the 12 week program. I always urge my new clients to do whatever it takes to commit to 12 weeks so that we have the time to obtain your best results. I created the 12 week option with bigger savings to make it more enticing, affordable and to include “more time” to get the job done!

Now that you know more about me and my program. I need to know some things about you that will be crucial to designing the custom plan that will lead to your desired transformation. The first requirement of enrollment will be to provide written answers to the questions below. After I receive your written answers and I am notified that you have booked your consultation meeting I will set up a time to speak to you by phone. These questions will prepare us for a productive consultation.
What is your Height, Weight & Age? What time do you wake up?…Go to work?...Train?...Go to Sleep? What is your present diet and supplement program (if any)?What type of training are you currently doing? Are you doing Cardio & Weight Training? If so, please provide your weekly training schedule, body parts, times & days?Do you have any allergies or injuries?
Book your consultation knowing that you will need to set aside 30 minutes for an uninterrupted phone interview. This meeting could be shorter or longer based on the questions. We will get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. I will need to know about your history with weight management and fitness. I also need to know what you are currently doing, what you are eating and the times in which you typically eat. Be prepared to discuss the foods and portions you are currently consuming. You will give an honest account of your alcohol intake, (if any). You will be asked to provide a list of any supplements you are taking. Since you have already provided written details of your weekly exercise regimen we may discuss this more in-depth. Do you have a sedentary job and lifestyle, or do you work in a job that requires strength and activity? After I am clear on where you are currently at in your life, we will move on to discuss the person and body you want, and how we will get there. We will be clear on what it will take, and what you are willing to do to get to your desired results
After mentally assessing and processing all of your information I will usually know by the end of our conversation if you are a good candidate for my program. And by now, I hope you have discovered that I am the perfect mentor to motivate, educate and coach you through your transformation. If all goes well, we have now decided to take this journey together. I will now begin the creation of your custom plans. Plans will be delivered on Sunday evenings by midnight. During our consultation you will be given the date of the Monday you will receive your plans. Plans that require more work, could take up to 12 days to arrive. I will do my best to deliver your plans as quickly as possible.

Your custom nutrition plan is based on the information and goals we discussed in our consultation. During this month it is important that you follow the plan precisely without cheating. You will check-in each week by text for an update on how you are doing. Your first week will not be easy but if you follow the plan as it is written, you will see amazing results in this week. You will receive a month-long plan that will have new food choices each week. I urge you to try all foods on each week’s plan so you are not eating the same thing every day and becoming bored. You must take pictures of yourself as you travel through this journey (see photo tips below). If you do not take pictures you will be disappointed later as others will always ask to see photos of your dramatic change. Every 4 weeks we will have a phone “follow-up” conversation to plan your next month and what it will take to get you closer to your goals.

From our initial consultation I will develop a custom workout plan to accommodate what is needed to achieve your goals. Everyone has personal goals that may be entirely different from others. This is why I only offer a custom plan for 5 serious online clients. We can develop a plan that provides 2 to 4 workouts per week. Together we will determine the number of workouts that will best support the time-line it will take to reach your best results. You will check-in each week by text to provide an update on how you are doing with your workouts. As with any of my programs you must take photos through your entire transformation. At any given time I may ask to see your photos to evaluate your progress.
Keep in mind, the commitment & effort you put in will greatly affect the time it will take to get to your best self. Our most popular and productive plan offers 3 workouts each week, therefore if you are in your Enrollment Plan period you will have 3 workouts each week. I want you to see and feel dramatic changes in your first month. This first month can set the course for an amazing and successful journey.

This is our MOST POPULAR Program. This program offers our best savings and value. You will receive 12 weeks of the Worth It Nutrition and the Worth It Workout Plans. This option will give you everything provided in the programs described above as well as savings and assurance that you will remain engaged in your transformation for 12 weeks. Those that purchase the 1 Month Enrollment Plan are usually disappointed that they did not purchase the 12 week “Warrior Transformation Plan”. Our weekly text communication will continue for all 12 weeks. At the close of each month we will have our phone consultation to determine how you are doing and if we need to make any changes. You will continue to take photos each week and provide your weight and measurement stats. It takes time to develop good habits, a change in lifestyle and eye-popping transformations. Twelve Weeks is when I see the best results and my happiest warriors.
